    Regular maintenance keeps your website secure, up-to-date, and running smoothly, helping prevent downtime, security risks, and performance issues.

    You can use the additional support time for any of the following:

    1. Theme Development
    2. Add Content
    3. Update existing pages – changes to layouts
    4. Landing Page Building
    5. Web Design

    Our plans do not roll over unused time each month; however, we operate a common-sense policy on this matter.

    • If you go over the allotted time, you’ll need to either pay for the extra time on a pro-rata basis (according to the time used) or upgrade your plan.
    • If you don’t use the hours, then we can review the package you are on and move you down a package
    • Unfortunately, time cannot be used in advance
    • The best advice is to start small, and then we can review after a couple of months

    Our standard support hours for WordPress are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. However, I do respond to emergency support requests outside of these hours and aim to reply within 2 hours or by the end of the day at the latest.
